Description

Tibetan Buddhism possesses one of humanity’s most evolved traditions of meditation – yet its highest and most powerful spiritual practice is also its simplest. On Natural Meditation, you will join Lama Surya Das to learn this supreme form of meditation known as dzogchen, or “the natural great innate perfection.” “Dzogchen requires no rigid rules or beliefs,” teaches Surya Das, “yet it can awaken us to life immediately – as soon as we begin to practice it.” In this complete four-session video course, you will join one of Tibetan Buddhism’s most respected teachers to learn skygazing meditations, energetic breathwork, chanting, and many other practices to calm your mind, energize your body, and create a natural state of “inner perfection” that you can bring into every area of your life. For centuries, these secret teachings have remained unavailable outside of the monasteries of Tibet.
